Alexandra you might want to see a feeding therapist. It sounds like maybe he has an oral aversion from all the pain he associates with feeding. They have special exercises they will work with you on. Hugs!

Hi. I recently discovered that my 32 month old suffers from reflux. However, that´s not the only problem, he won´t eat solids. Either he refuses them head on or will chew the food for a while and then spit it out. Any suggestions??

Thank you so much for the info. I hate having to medicate my son and found out that he is allergic to milk protein. So, I am trying to eliminate it out of my diet. I will try out all the tips you mentioned as well. Hope to make my son feel better and retain my sanity!

Hi Heather,

Chicken Little is now 6 and still very spirited but mellowing with age. He's the complete opposite of his easy going, cheerful little brother but they get along great for the most part. He is about to start kindergarten and finally making a concious decision to be more independent and deal with things so I have hope. The most important thing for us is for me to stay calm when dealing with him, otherwise things escalate quickly. Good luck to you!
